MMTC has introduced a Mega Lucky draw scheme for Gold medallion buyers. Five lucky winners will be announced, each winning a prize of 50 gms Gold medallions of 999 fineness .The draw will be held during MMTC’s Festival Of Gold at Hotel Ashok, Chanakyapuri, N.Delhi on 22.10.2008

The Mega lucky draw scheme is in operation between 16th June - 21st Oct, 2008 as per guidelines given below and shall cover all the customers who purchase MMTC’s 5 gms gold medallion or lower denominations totaling upto 5 gms and above of the gold medallions of various denominations manufactured by MMTC in a single invoice. The purchase to be made from our company showroom, franchisee stores, on-line sales, any exhibition organized by MMTC including Hotel Ashok exhibition upto 21st Oct, 2008. The mega lucky draw shall be held at 1500 hrs at Hotel Ashok, N.Delhi on 22-10-08 and this draw shall be in addition to the daily draw that may be held during Festival of Gold. The lucky winners whose name has been announced has to produce the original sale invoice alongwith ID proof (Driving licence, photo ID, voter card, passport , PAN card, Ration card etc.,) for claiming the prize.

The following guidelines has to be adhered for registering the entries for the draw:

1. Invoice nos. with complete details (e.g., invoice no & corresponding lucky draw nos, date, qty of gold medallions purchased, name, address, landline/mob nos ) of the customers who fall in the above eligibility criteria to be recorded and maintained by the respective showrooms / Franchisees or exhibition counters. The minimum denominations of Gold medallion to be purchased for the lucky draw scheme will be 5 gms and customers are entitled to get one lucky draw Number for the same. If customers purchase more than 5 gms of gold medallion in multiples of 5 gms they may get the lucky draw numbers in multiples (i.e., for every 5 gms purchase they will get one lucky draw number).

2. All showrooms and Franchisees of MMTC will forward the above data of the eligible customers from their showroom / franchisee to DGM(PMD) at CO either by fax ( 011-24362257) / mail latest by 1600 hrs on 21-10-08 to be considered for the mega lucky draw on 22.10.08.

3. The customers who fall in the above eligible criteria will get an alpha numeric lucky draw number during their purchase at MMTC’s showroom/Franchisee and during purchase through on-line.

4. Cut-off time for customers who purchase through on line , our regional office showrooms & Franchisees will be 1600 hrs on 21-10-08

5. Cut-off time for customers who visit jewellery exhibition at hotel Ashok, Delhi will be till closure of exhibition on 21-10-08. (MMTC's Jewellery exhibition at Hotel Ashok will be from 14th-22nd October 2008.)
