Imports are centralized through the Corporate Office in New Delhi. Purchases are made on  tender basis. List of empanelled suppliers is generally maintained. Purchases are made both on F.O.B and C&F. basis.

There is a wide network of Sales outlets spread all over India. There are four major Zones and many regional and sub-regional sales centres. Major Sales outlets are as follows :

Finished fertilizers to customers in India can be supplied on High seas or ex-jetty basis. Ex-plot/ Ex-Godown Sales are also made subject to availability. Secured credit can also be provided against L/Cs and bank guarantees.
